My experience with the OMLAS Fellowship has been truly transformative. Engaging with diverse young leaders from the Asia-Pacific deepened my understanding of collaboration and leadership. From project execution to recommendations for opportunities, the OMLAS team empowered us at every step. I am extremely grateful for the valuable knowledge I gained through the OMLAS Fellowship Program, particularly in understanding sustainable development, its principles, challenges, and goals. Additionally, the self-improvement and management lectures offered practical tips that have greatly enhanced my daily work and teamwork skills as a busy pediatrician. I am particularly proud of accomplishing my first project, something I once thought was impossible, and seeing it come to life.
