There is a need for change in the way things are being done. It is time to pay attention to the dramatic impact we are constantly generating on the planet. This is the reality that the entire population has to start working on. However, one of the most relevant obstacles to achieve better solutions for all has been the absence of leaders’ commitment that impulse and promote the importance of sustainability and a social weave for future societies. Even though each continent has different situations and problems, the idea behind OML is to consolidate and support the leaders for the current and future generations.

Therefore, OML aims to connect, inspire, and empower one million leaders in sustainability on every continent by 2030. The group of leaders will be equipped with action-oriented skills in transformative leadership, social innovation & social entrepreneurship, and leadership for sustainability

One Million Leaders Africa is a project for Africans and it is founded by young Africans who are passionate about Africa and are willing to give their best to put Africa back on the right path, the path of Sustainability. We are focused on raising a new generation of young African Leaders who will give their all to the development of the African continent and its future generation.

There is a great need to seize the entrepreneurial energy of a new generation of leaders in Latin America to build a truly sustainable and regenerative new path for the region. Latin America has a variety of natural wealth that, if we remember how to interact with it systemically and consciously, it might be able to continue providing us with resources and spiritual fulfillment.

Home to over 4.7 billion people, Asia is a continent brimming with energy and potential. After centuries of colonisation and war, the 21st century has been an era of relative peace and growth. We hope to enable future leaders to learn from the past and transform the continent based on principles of sustainability.

OML- MENA intends to harness the positive energy of youth in MENA and help train a whole new generation of leaders across the continent, who can help put MENA on a more sustainable course. Our vision is to empower One Million Leaders in MENA by 2030, through a unique Fellowship model. These leaders will drive the change for MENA communities to be more green, circular and sustainable, and raise a powerful voice in the sustainability world of today Join this unique gathering of young social and environmental innovators from across MENA, we kick-off this amazing journey on June 4th & 5th of 2022 with the first OML-MENA “Next Leaders’ Summit”.
