The world is in dire need of better leadership!
We need millions of nextgen leaders, who act not only for their own gain, but also for the better of society, nature and future generations.
One Million Leaders (OML) is a unique training and empowerment fellowship, initiated in 2020, with the aim of creating a global movement of leaders of and for the future. By 2030, we aim to train and empower one million leaders across Africa, Asia, MENA (the Arabic speaking countries), and Latin America.
On Earth Day, April 22nd, 2023, we are launching a tool for YOU to engage with, learn from and help empower these wonderful young people across the globe:
